Cancellation Policy

i understand life happens, and ill miss you if you can't make it to your appointment!! I ask that clients please make any foreseeable cancellations 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. cancellations made after 48 hours will require 50% of the missed service, and no shows will require 100% of the missed service to be paid in order to rebook. payments will not go towards your future service. if you're running late, please reach out to see if your appointment is still possible! if you are unhappy with your service for any reason, please let me know! I want you to love your hair, and am happy to make complimentary adjustments within a week of your service! your happiness is what keeps me going, so I appreciate the opportunity to make any adjustments that keep you coming back!
